London Travel Diary 2016 - Day 2: Shopping in Oxford Street, Piccadilly Circus, Trafalgar Square, Covent Garden & more
Ciao a tutti e benvenuti ad un nuovo capitolo del mio diario di viaggio da Londra, nel post più video di oggi, fra le altre cose, faremo shopping insieme su Oxford Street, visiteremo alcuni luoghi classici e ceneremo in un ristorante al 7° piano su High Street Kensinghton.
Hi and welcome to a new chapter of my London travel diary. In today's post + vlog, we'll shop in Oxford Street, we'll visit some classic London spots, we'll have dinner at the 7th floor on High Street Kensinghton and more.
Per una shopaholic come me Oxford Street è come un piccolo paradiso in terra, posso passare da un negozio all'altro per ore senza stancarmi, rifarmi gli occhi ed acquistare tutti i prodottini che in Italia non riesco a trovare.
Così mentre il resto del gruppo continuava la visita della città (dedicandosi ad un tour di tutti i luoghi legati alla storia dei Queen, il gruppo preferito di Alessia), io mi sono concessa una sessione di shopping en solitaire.
Prima tappa Primark :)
For a shopaholic like me Oxford street is like paradise, I can move from one shop to the other for hours, feast my eyes with all the shopwindows and buy all the products I can't get my hands on in Italy.
So, while the rest of the group kept visiting the city (indulging in a tour of all the places related to Alessia's favourite band: the Queen), i treated myself with an en solitaire shopping sesh.
Forst stop: Primark :)
Poi un giro da Selfridges, per godermi le ultime novità, gli abiti scintillanti, le scarpe da togliere il fiato ed il reparto beauty con tutti i miei brand preferiti!
Then a stroll around Selfridges, to enjoy the last trends, the amazing clothes, the breathtaking shoes and the beauty department with all the brands that I love the most!
Una volta ritrovati i miei compagni di viaggio abbiamo ripreso il tour di Londra, per Alessia e Davide era la prima volta in città, così abbiamo pensato di portarli in alcuni dei luoghi classici, iniziando da Piccadilly Circus, il cuore pulsante della capitale inglese.
Once I reunited with my travel buddies we continued our Londoin tour and as Alessia and Davude never saw the city before we decided to show them all te great classics, starting from Piccadilly Circus, the pulsing heart of the capital.
Un pranzo veloce da Nando's (che ormai è diventata una tradizione per me e Daniele :D ) ...
A quick lunch at Nando's (a tradition for Daniele and I) ...
e si riprende il giro passando per Trafalgar Square...
and we are back on the road, walking from Trafalgar Square...
fino a Covent Garden.

La nostra seconda giornata finisce con una cenetta fra amici da Babylon, con vista mozzafiato sulla città...
Our second day ends with a dinner at Babylon, with a breathtaking view on the city...

Per una shopaholic come me Oxford Street è come un piccolo paradiso in terra, posso passare da un negozio all'altro per ore senza stancarmi, rifarmi gli occhi ed acquistare tutti i prodottini che in Italia non riesco a trovare.
Così mentre il resto del gruppo continuava la visita della città (dedicandosi ad un tour di tutti i luoghi legati alla storia dei Queen, il gruppo preferito di Alessia), io mi sono concessa una sessione di shopping en solitaire.
