Handmade Sunburst cutout card (+template) - Biglietto di auguri fatto a mano con raggiera cut-out (+ Cartamodello)
Per l'appuntamento di questa settimana con i miei biglietti di auguri fatti a mano vi propongo una card a raggiera che ho realizzato partendo da un cartamodello che ho creato a pc (e che- come sempre- potete scaricare gratuitamente, trovate il link nellla lista dei materiali più in basso).
Trovo che sia un layout interessante, che permette di riciclare anche i piccoli scarti di cartoncino avanzati da progetti precedenti. Ecco il risultato!
For this week's instalment of my handmade cards post I share with you a cutout sunburst card that I created using a template I designed on my pc. As usual, if you are interested, you can download it for free, the link is in the supplies list below.
I love this layout because it allows to recycle all the patterned paper bits left from previous projects. Here is the result!
Dopo aver stampato il cartamodello su cartoncino bianco ho ritagliato i vari dettagli (utilizzando un taglierino per le parti interne della raggiera). Usando la raggiera come maschera ho ricavato da diversi cartoncini colorati le porzioni da inserire come sfondo sfruttando dei ritagli avanzati da progetti precedenti. Ho poi assemblato il tutto incollando sul fronte della card la raggiera ed i ritagli di cartoncino colorato, il tondo con la frase e un timbro della linea Party Animal di Mama Elephant su adesivi dimensionali.
After I printed the template on white cardstock I cut out all the parts (using an x-acto knife for the inside of the sunburst base). Using the sunburst base as a mask I then cut out of different patterned papers the details for the background. I assembled the card by adhereing the sunburst base and the patterned papers bits on the front and the circle with the sentiment and a stamp from Mama Elephant Party Animal set using dimensional stickers.
