Giovedì 15 Agosto 2019 - Thursday August 15th 2019

Quale modo migliore di iniziare la giornata di Ferragosto se non con una colazione a base di pancakes? Nel video diario di oggi vi mostro come prepararli e comunque niente mi fa sentire in vacanza come un piatto di pancakes con corredo di sciroppo d'acero, panna montata e frutti di bosco 😋

 Trascorriamo il resto della giornata in spiaggia, perchè in fondo è Ferragosto e cosa vuoi fare a Ferragosto se non rolosarti sulla sabbia e sguazzare beatamente? 😁

We spend the rest of the day at the beach because what else would you do on August 15th if not baking on the beach and swim in the sea? 😁

Una doccia, una maschera per il contorno occhi (perchè se giornata di coccole deve essere che lo sia in tutto e per tutto 😂), uno spritz sul terrazzo al tramonto e siamo pronti per la serata a Menton a vedere i fuochi. Che Ferragosto sarebbe senza dei fuochi d'artificio? Naaa, inconcepibile 😂

A shower, a pampering session with eye patches (because it's a treat day in the end), a spritz on the terrace at sunset and we're ready to head to Menton to watch the fireworks. It wouldn't be classic August 15th without fireworks, am I right? 😂

Venerdì 16 Agosto 2019 - Friday August 15th 2019

Questo venerdì, con un imprevisto colpo di testa, decidiamo di scende al mercato di Ventimiglia e, furbi come dei furetti, evitiamo il traffico optando per il mezzo più coveniente: i nostri piedi 😂
Vi confermo che il mercato in sè non vale il viaggio, ma il frigo è vuoto perciò camminata sia.
Dopo un giro fra banchi di capi animalier, una pizzetta da Mondino, la spesa al mercato della frutta e della verdura torniamo a casa passando per la città vecchia, che comunque ha sempre il suo fascino.

This Friday we decide to head into town to check the big market and as we are smart we choose the best mean of transport: our feet 😂
I confirm you that the market is not that impressive, but our fridge is empty, so into town we walk.
After a quick tour of the market, a bite of pizza, some grocery shopping we head back home, walking through the old town, which is always charming to visit.

Il nostro venerdì si conclude con 2 mojito sul porto vecchio di Menton ed una cenetta indiana 😋

Our Friday ends with 2 mojitos on the old harbor in Menton and an indian dinner 😋
