Welcome Melissa handmade birth card - Benvenuta Melissa, biglietto per nascita fatto a mano

il post di oggi è dedicato alla card che ho creato per la nascita della piccola Melissa.
Per questo biglietto ho scelto un layout semplice, reso più vivace dal giallo di fondo e dal tenerissimo set di timbri di Mama Elephant. Ecco il risultato!

today's post is all about the handmade card that I made to celebrate the birth of the little Melissa .
I chose a simple layout and made it brighter thanks to the yellow background and the super cute Mama Elephant stamp set. Here is the result!
Come potete vedere sono partita da un classico biglietto in cartoncino bianco ripiegato sul quale ho incollato un cartoncino dello stesso colore, con gli angoli arrotondati, per creare due livelli.
Al centro ho inserito un ovale con bordi a festone, che ho creato utilizzando delle forbici apposite, con al disopra un ulteriore ovale ricavato da un cartoncino giallo brillante ed i timbri di Mama Elephant della collezione Three amigos (modificati aggiungendo dei fiocchetti rosa).

Nella parte alta ho creato un piccolo banner dal cartoncino bianco ed ho utilizzato il cerne relief di Pebeo per dare l'effetto a rilievo.
Per il nome della piccola ho invece usato delle lettere adesive in gomma morbida.
Per finire ho perforato dei cuoricini dal cartoncino rosso, li ho incollati con adesivo dimensionale e li ho ricoperti con il Glossy accent. Come ultimo dettaglio ho disegnato una linea tratteggiata a penna gel nera sui contorni.
As you can see I used a classic white folded card as a base and I adhered on top another white cardstock bit to which I rounded the corner to create a second layer.
In the center I placed a scallopped oval with bright yellow center and the cute Mama Elephant stamps (modified with the add of the pink bows).

In the top section of the card I created a little banner with white cardstock and used the Pebeo Cerne relief to create the sentiment.
For the newly born name I used some foam adhesive letters instead.
To finish up the card I punched a few hearts out of a red cardstock, added them using foam adhesive and coated them with Glossy accent.
As last touch I drew a stiched line with a black gel pen all around.
