#Roadtrip2015 Day 12 : Exploring Saint-Malo & eating oysters in Cancale - Esplorando Saint-Malo e mangiando ostriche a Cancale

Bonjour mes amis and welcome back,
our #Roadtrip2015 keeps going and in today's post + vlog we'll visit Saint-Malo, eat oysters in Cancale and much more. Enjoy!
Il sole splende e noi iniziamo la giornata con una camminata lungo la spiaggia dello Sillon fino a raggiungere i bastioni della città vecchia.
The sun is shining and we start our day with a long walk on the Sillon beach until we reach the old city bastions.
Con la bassa marea è possibile visitare il vecchio forte e le isole del Grand Bè e del piccolo Bè che circondano la città e che sono raggiungibili solo via mare quando la marea sale.
Taking advantage of the low tide we visit the old fort and the Grand Bè and Petit Bè islands that can only be reached with a boat when the tide rises.
Nel pomeriggio ci spostiamo a Cancale, un piccolo villaggio di pescatori, famoso soprattutto per le ostriche. Ogni giorno dalle 9 del mattino alle 6 di sera lungo il porto so trova un mercato dove è possibile acquistare ostriche e gustarle seduti sui muretti vista mare.
Un'esperienza unica, anche per chi, come me, non è proprio un amante dei frutti di mare :)
In the afternoon we drove to Cancale, a fishermen's village mostly famous for its oysters. Everyday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. there's a market right next to the harbour where you can buy oysters and eat them while seated by the ocean.
A unique experience, even for those who, like me, are not really seafood lovers :)
Mentre il tempo cambia improvvisamente ed un temporale si avvicina minaccioso noi torniamo in albergo e ci godiamo una serata di puro relax, bevendo champagne ed ascoltando la pioggia che cade.
While the weather suddently changes and a storm is bursting out we get back to our hotel and we enjoy a relaxed evening drinking champagne and listening to the sound of the falling rain.

Per oggi è tutto, ma il viaggio continua e domani ci sposteremo verso i castelli della Loira, non mancate!

GIORNO 12: MERCOLEDI' 12 AGOSTO
DAY 12: WEDNESDAY AUGUST 12TH
