Frida Kahlo hand earrings
Buon lunedì a tutti.
Da tempo cercavo di riprodurre gli orecchini a forma di mano che Pablo Picasso regalò a Frida Kahlo alla fine degli anni 30. Li ho adorati all'istante ed ho sognato di averli per anni.
Frida li indossò per alcuni dei suoi autoritratti e trovo che riflettano perfettamente la sua personalità: cupa, ironica, forte e bizzarra.

I've been wanting to replicate the hand earrings Pablo Picasso gave to Frida Kahlo in the late thirties for ages because I'm in love since the first time I saw them.
Frida wore them in several self protraits and I think they are amazing and reflect her personality: dark, ironic, strong and bizarre.
Dopo lunghe ricerche ho messo insieme una certa quantità di charms adatti allo scopo ed ho creato questa serie di orecchini che spero vi piaceranno. Si parte dai più semplici e vicini agli originali, per arrivare a modelli più elaborati.
After a long search I finally found some suitable charms and I created this serie of earrings which I hope you'll like. I started with the simples and more alike to the original ones and I ended with some more elaborate versions.
