Cooking with Giugizu: Coleslaw and fish (Coleslaw e pesce fritto)

Ritornano le video ricette! Oggi io e Daniele prepareremo un piatto tipico della tradizione anglosassone, il coleslaw (una insalata di cavolo cappuccio e carote) con pesce fritto.

The cookign videos are back! Today Daniele and  I will prepare a classic anglo-saxon recipe, Coleslaw and fish.

Per il coleslaw - for the Coleslaw

Cabbage - Cavolo cappuccio

Carrots - Carote

Spring onions - Cipollotto

Parsley - Prezzemolo

White vinegar -Aceto Bianco

Salt and Pepper -Sale e pepe

Sugar - Zucchero

Mayonese -Mayonese

Custard - Senape

Yougourth -Yougurt bianco

Per il pesce - for the fish

Flour - Farina 00

Wheat flour - Farina di semola

Milk - Latte

an egg - un uovo

Brewers yeast - Lievito di birra

Paprika - Paprika

Cod- Merluzzo
