Wishbones accessories
Buongiorno a tutti,
è mercoledì, tempo di nuovi accessori e questa settimana ho deciso di realizzare un'intera parure ispirata agli wishbones.
Nella cultura americana rompere a metà il wish bone (ovvero l'osso a forcella che si trova nel pollo o nel tacchino) è un simbolo di fortuna, buon auspicio e desideri che si avverano.
E quando si tratta di gesti scaramantici o portatori di fortuna io sono sempre a favore :)
In più a quanto pare alcuni anni fa possedere una collana con wishbone era assolutamente in, come potete vedere dalle immagini qui sotto.
Goodmorning my dear ones,
it's wednesday, time for some new accessories and this week I decided to create a whole parure inspired by wishbones.
In the american culture breaking a wishbone brings good luck and grants a wish to be fullfilled and I'm a sucker for luckycharms and amulets, so i thought : why not?
Moreover it looks like a few years ago wearing a wishbone necklace was absolutely in, as you can see from the pictures above.
E' probabile che io sia fuori tempo massimo per cavalcare l'onda del trend, ma in fondo i portafortuna sono senza tempo e sempre di moda, o no? :P
Quindi bando alle ciance ed ecco a voi la mia wishbone parure e che la fortuna sia con voi!
I am probably running late to ride the wave of the trend, but luckycharms are timeless and always in fashion, right? :P
So with no further ado here is my wishbone parure and may the good luck be always with you!
