Buongiorno a tutti e benritrovati sul mio blog.

Siamo arrivati al 25° post della serie, ne mancano solo 5 per arrivare al Natale :)

Oggi vi propongo una ricetta natalizia molto versatile: i biscotti al pan di zenzero!

Dico versatile perchè per tradizione questi biscotti possono essere utilizzati anche come decorazioni per l'albero e se volete potete trasformarli in un divertente regalo, vi basterà impacchettarli in una bella scatola ed il gioco è fatto!

Today I'll share with you a very versatile Christams recipe: the gingerbread cookies!

I say versatile because by tradition these cookies may be used as decorations for the tree and if you want you can turn them into a cute present too, you just need to pack them in a box and that's it!

Ingredienti  - Ingredients
150gr di miele - 150gr of honey
160 gr di zucchero - 160gr of sugar
150 gr di burro - 150gr of butter
350 gr di farina -  350gr of flour
1 uovo - 1 egg
Noce moscata - nutmeg
Zenzero - Ginger 
Cannella - Cinnamon
Chiodi di garofano - cloves
Bicarbonato - baking soda
Per la decorazione - for the decoration
1 uovo - 1 egg
zucchero a velo - icing sugar
